I feel it moving
Dark magma under
The earth's skin
Causing the needle
On the compass
To swerve.
Hot, dark, smoldering
Viscous, fluid, plastic
Purified dross
Shedding black flakes of
Skin
Forming a New Earth.
Me, though,
How did I get here?
The wind tells me I'm far from home.
It tells me to shut my eyes
And gather my strength.
It tells me to be still --
So still.
What can I teach?
What can I say?
My silence impregnates the Universe
With infinite possibilities.

Alone is in the Mind
Alone is completely in the Mind.
Where is the end?
Where the boundary?
Where the beginning?
Where can I be
And not feel your breath
On my skin?
Where is the end?
Where the boundary?
Where the beginning?
Where can I be
And not feel your breath
On my skin?

When You See Me
When you see me
I will appear like dirt
You'd rather sweep under the rug.
When you see me
I'll foul the air
With my cigar.
When you see me
My face will be
Crooked.
When you see me
I will smile
& You will smile back.
When you see me
I will see you.
I will appear like dirt
You'd rather sweep under the rug.
When you see me
I'll foul the air
With my cigar.
When you see me
My face will be
Crooked.
When you see me
I will smile
& You will smile back.
When you see me
I will see you.
A Time of Darkness
We are entering a time of darkness. George Orwell predicted it when he said, "Do you want a vision for the future? Picture a boot stomping on a human face, forever."
Never before have there been so many "bodhisattvas" offering their wisdom. With no cultivation, no samadhi, no tao, no realization, they are still able to write books, lead workshops and teach. Lot's of words, words, words.
Too many words, not enough yoga.
To survive, to endure, those with real vision must observe silence. It is a time to fast. It is a time to pray. It is a time to withdraw. Heal the world by loving it. Heal the world by learning to see it a perfect, just as it is.
Tao is mysterious. Tao is dark. Tao moves where it will. You can never direct this power with intention. It moves where and when it will. All you can do is to practice with pure transcendental intention to learn to remove all the barriers in your heart to unity with Tao and by so doing achieve enlightenment as Buddha for the benefit of all beings and all universes. Be still, merge with the dust.
